Just over an hour from our hotel in Saint-Brieuc, the Pink Granite Coast (Côte de Granit Rose) reveals some of Brittany's most stunning scenery. With its striking pink-hued rocks, fine sandy beaches, wild coves, and turquoise waters, this stretch of the Côtes-d'Armor coastline offers a landscape unlike any other in Europe.

The GR34 also known as the Customs Officers' Path (Sentier des Douaniers) runs from Trestraou Beach in Perros-Guirec to the port of Ploumanac'h, winding past a spectacular jumble of pink granite formations sculpted by the elements.
As you walk, every turn reveals new vistas of the sea and the famous, strangely shaped rocks that have made the Pink Granite Coast so renowned.
In the heart of Ploumanac'h, the Mean Ruz Lighthouse stands as one of the region's iconic landmarks. Built from pink granite, it blends seamlessly into the surrounding rocky landscape.
Just a short walk away, Saint-Guirec Beach charms visitors with its fine sand, a small oratory perched on a rock, and views of the Château de Costaérès, situated on its own islet.
In Trégastel, the Renote Peninsula offers a pleasant loop walk of about two kilometers amidst impressive pink granite boulders.
