How do our guests rate the Best Western Plus Hotel de Robien?

Great Hotel. Good buffet Evening. Big Breakfast also.

I had booked a room for one night and wanted to pay with holiday vouchers, which I did. However, during the booking process, a credit card imprint was taken as a standard security deposit, until I realized three days later that they had also taken my deposit. After calling the hotel, I was accused of having been seen by staff smoking at the window (said staff were smoking right under the room windows!). I have never smoked in my life, and certainly not with my 17-year-old daughter who was with me. It's truly outrageous, this kind of tactic to take advantage of a double payment for the room. A letter has been sent to Best Western headquarters regarding this defamation.

Fantastic stay! Hugo's welcome was perfect, the rooms were clean, the evening buffet was delicious (and a special mention to the person who prepared it), and the breakfast was more than satisfactory! Having discovered this hotel during a business trip, I will gladly return for a longer stay.

I've never found such a welcoming hotel, with incredibly spacious rooms, impeccable cleanliness, and a stunning design!
The evening meal buffet is exceptional!

And I'm still in bed: of course, I'm having breakfast!
